Screen Beans for StarOffice are delivered as Windows Metafiles (.wmf)  files.  Although this is the native Windows format, StarOffice uses Windows Metafiles on Solaris and Linux versions as well.  

If you run StarOffice on Windows, you can choose either the Windows Package or the StarOffice package depending on how you plan to use them. 

The downloaded file for StarOffice is a Zip archive (.zip file).  You need a program to "unzip" the archive and place the files in a new folder in before you can use them. 

Add the images to your StarOffice Gallery as follows:

1.  Open the Gallery.  You can double click it in Explorer.

2.  Right-click in the Gallery window and choose New Theme from the menu.

3.  Type the name of the collection in the theme name, like "Screen Beans Managing People".  Don't click OK yet.

4.  Switch to the Files tab of the dialog and then click Find Files...

5.  In the new dialog presented, enter the path of the directory containing the collection.  You can do this easier by navigation with buttons in the dialog. When you get to the right folder, click Select. (Note: the files aren't shown here.)

6.  Back in the new theme dialog, all the files are listed from the folder you just selected.  Click Add All.

7.  When the addition process is over, click OK and you are done.
